1. 10-Day Easy Return Window
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Condition of Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Broken or Damaged Jewelry: We do not accept returns on items that are broken, heavily damaged, or altered after delivery.

Staff Inspection: Before any refund is approved, all returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our staff to ensure no intentional or accidental damage was made.
3. Return Shipping Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges when returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Full Money Cashback
Once we receive your item and our staff completes the inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a full money cashback will be processed back to your original payment method or chosen account.
